Who we are and the scope of these terms
Palmkin operates this website. Our address is Ben Essingstraat 15, 1695 CV Blokker, Noord-Holland, the Netherlands. Contact and support: support@palmkin.ai.
These terms concern website information, feedback, voting and related contact. They are not a purchase agreement or a licence for every model or external service mentioned here. The website does not take payments, create a paid subscription or make a promise about prices or future app availability.
Use the website lawfully and follow the participation rules when submitting or voting. Nothing here makes visiting the website consent to unrelated data processing; the privacy notice explains our purposes and legal grounds.
Examples and real feedback
Illustrated AI answers, phone screens, action confirmations and web-search examples are fictional explanations of an approach. They do not run AI, control your phone or perform live searches. They are not customer testimonials, verified factual answers or proof that a described app capability is available.
Feedback items, similar-title matches, team updates and vote counts come from the feedback service, rather than the illustrated AI examples. An item or status describes its current state; it is not an offer to deliver a feature by a particular date.
Taking part in feedback
You can submit feedback without an account or verified email. Voting requires email verification and allows one vote per verified email identity per item. You can withdraw your vote. Use an email address you control and do not share verification links or signed-in access.
Choose the relevant subject and describe your own experience honestly. Device and version details are optional and entered manually for Android app problems. While you type a title, it can be sent to find similar approved items before you submit; this does not itself publish the title or save a submission.
Do not include passwords, private conversations, medical information, confidential business information or other people’s personal data. Only submit material you are entitled to share. An optional contact address is for follow-up, not an advertising signup.
Your content and limited permission to use feedback
You retain your rights in submitted feedback. You give Palmkin a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission only to store and review it, make reasonable edits, summarise or translate it, merge related items and publish the approved parts on the feedback board and its related updates. This permission is limited to operating, moderating and explaining that feedback, for as long as it is needed for those purposes.
It does not transfer ownership of your work or allow unrelated advertising use. Private contact details and raw submissions are not part of the public permission. We aim to preserve the meaning of your feedback when editing or translating it; tell us if a published version is misleading.
You can ask support@palmkin.ai to correct or remove your contribution. We assess removal and retention under the privacy notice and applicable law. We cannot guarantee deletion of copies already made independently by other people. Submitting an idea does not create a partnership, employment relationship, entitlement to payment or obligation to implement it.
Fair moderation and prohibited use
We review feedback before publication and may edit, translate, reject, merge or hide an item to keep the board relevant, readable, lawful and safe. Critical feedback is welcome. We may remove spam, unlawful material, harassment, threats, discrimination, impersonation, rights infringements and content exposing private or confidential information.
Do not manipulate votes, use addresses you do not control, bypass request limits, send malicious code or interfere with security or other people’s access. We may restrict submissions or access when reasonably necessary to address abuse or a security risk, using measures proportionate to the issue.
Where reasonably possible, we explain a restriction or moderation decision and give you a chance to raise a concern through support@palmkin.ai. We may act immediately where safety, privacy or the law requires it. You can ask for a decision to be reviewed.
Roadmap, availability and support
Submitting, publishing or voting on feedback does not guarantee implementation, a release date, individual support or compensation. Priorities and roadmap statuses may change. A team update is not a guaranteed delivery commitment.
We take reasonable care with the website and aim to correct reported problems, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free content or a response within a fixed support period. Maintenance, security measures and technical faults can interrupt the service. Where practical, we give notice of material planned interruptions or closure.
The board and support inbox are not emergency services. You can stop participating, withdraw votes and request removal of personal data as described in the privacy notice. Closing the service does not cancel existing statutory rights or our data-protection duties.
AI information and your own judgement
AI can produce incorrect, incomplete, biased or misleading answers even when they sound convincing. Website examples and guidance are general information, not medical, legal or financial advice and not instructions for emergencies. Check important facts and seek a qualified professional where appropriate; use the relevant emergency service for urgent help.
Do not rely on an AI example for medication identification, safety-critical navigation or current emergency information. More time spent generating an answer does not guarantee accuracy. A prepared message or appointment is not proof that it was sent or saved.
You decide whether to use or share material, but that responsibility does not remove Palmkin’s own legal duties or your mandatory rights.
Website material and other services
Palmkin and its licensors retain their rights in the website’s own text, design and illustrations. You may read, link to and use the site for its intended purposes and make uses permitted by law, including lawful quotation. These terms do not give a general right to republish the whole website or imply Palmkin endorses your work.
External websites, models, download services and other apps have their own terms and licences. A link is not a guarantee of their accuracy or availability. Check their terms and privacy information before using them or sending them data. We remain responsible for our own legal obligations when choosing and using service providers.
Responsibility and liability
Palmkin is responsible for fulfilling its obligations with reasonable care and for damage for which it is liable under applicable law. Service limitations and advice to check information do not amount to a blanket exclusion of liability or an obligation for you to compensate Palmkin for every claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intent or gross negligence, death or personal injury where the law prohibits limitation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your mandatory consumer rights, data-protection rights and rights to legal remedies remain intact.
If something goes wrong, contact support@palmkin.ai with the relevant details so we can investigate and seek a fair solution. Contacting us first is not a condition for using a statutory remedy or making a complaint to an authority.
Changes, Dutch law and disputes
We show the latest revision date and explain material changes on the website before they apply where reasonably possible. Changes apply going forward and do not remove accrued rights or retroactively broaden permission to use your submitted content. Where the law requires notice or agreement, we provide or obtain it; silence alone is not consent to a new unrelated use.
Dutch law applies to these website terms. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections under the law that would otherwise apply in your country of habitual residence. You can bring a dispute before any court competent under applicable law; these terms do not require consumers to use only a Dutch court.
If a provision cannot legally be enforced, it applies only to the extent permitted by law and the remaining terms continue where possible. Both language versions aim to express the same rules; neither overrides mandatory legal protections.
